Job Summary
Construction Manager II responsible for coordinating and monitoring field construction administration and management engineering services on multiple large-scale infrastructure projects. Develop project scope and fee quotations, prepare technical proposals/contracts, coordinate project activities, monitor contractor progress against schedules, resolve field issues, review submittals for conformance, develop submittal packages, implement SDA/SCA delivery approaches, lead project management planning, supervise and mentor staff, manage changes and cost control, and support business development and client relationships on mini-mega and mega projects. Requires leading cross-disciplinary teams, strong coordination with Architects/Engineers, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or relevant degree and 10 years relevant experience, or In lieu of education, 14 years of relevant experience.
