Construction Manager II

Coordinate and oversee all construction activities from plan review through final walk-through to achieve 100% completion on schedule, within budget, and in conformance with plans and specifications. Direct all trades to complete scheduled tasks while maintaining an organized job site and enforcing company safety policies with trade partners and employees. Effectively communicate weekly with customers and manage eight customer meetings as outlined in the HBWB Process Manual, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the construction process. Identify and solve problems before they affect the critical path, accurately order materials, and integrate the company's PACT framework into all job functions. This on-site role in Venice/North Port, FL, requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and is exempt with potential hours exceeding eight days. Relocation is required if not currently located in the area.
