Job Summary
Construction Manager I will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects. Responsibilities include developing project plans, schedules, and budgets; coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers; conducting site visits and inspections; supervising on-site activities; ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with standards; maintaining project documentation and providing progress reports; and communicating with project management and stakeholders. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred but not required), at least 2 years of construction experience, understanding of construction methods, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and willingness to travel to project sites and work flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
