Construction Manager – Hydrogen Pipeline Project

Job Summary
Assess designs for manufacturability, safety, and execution feasibility while identifying and mitigating risks in the design and construction phases of a major hydrogen pipeline project. Coordinate and supervise structural execution, manage the site supervision team, and oversee delivery, handover, and resolution of remaining issues. Participate in design reviews, construction meetings, and documentation efforts to ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements. Monitor safety, quality, planning, and progress throughout the implementation phase, managing deviations and bottlenecks with appropriate control measures.
Required Qualifications
- HBO-level technical education or equivalent thinking level
- 5+ years experience in underground infrastructure, pipeline construction, or industrial projects
- VCA-VOL certified
- Experience assessing designs from an execution perspective
- Knowledge of pipeline construction techniques and safety standards
- Strong communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
