Job Summary
The Construction Manager (HVAC) is responsible for managing HVAC projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance, and overseeing subcontractor management. Key duties include validating proposals and specifications, conducting pre-bid and pre-construction meetings, managing project cost estimates and schedules, and ensuring quality assurance. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Suite and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and HVAC/Mechanical contracting experience are mandatory.
