Construction Manager

Plan, organize, and direct day-to-day operations for 3-5 installation crews across multiple concurrent EV charging project sites in Los Angeles. Own execution of construction tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while collaborating with engineering to review plan designs and single-line diagrams. Schedule and coordinate preconstruction walks, postconstruction, and final inspections; conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and implement solutions. Coordinate site access with property contacts, manage stakeholder relationships, and partner with procurement to secure materials and equipment. Photo-document progress, maintain accurate project records, and verify field personnel time reporting and attendance. Build weekly crew schedules, ensure permit finalization, and foster a culture of safety and OSHA compliance. Mentor installers and lead technicians toward certification and future leadership roles. Requires 4-5 years of electrical experience and 3 years leading crews; full benefits package available.
