Job Summary
Construction Manager responsible for coordinating constructability input during design, planning and allocation of construction resources, managing labour, plant and materials, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to schedules, man-hour budgets, quality plans, and health and safety legislation. Role requires leadership of multiple teams, collaboration with Project Managers, Site Team and HR to develop resource pools, and alignment with company values and safety culture. Desirable qualifications include HND/Degree in Engineering or equivalent and CSCS credential; opportunity for flexible working arrangements is noted.
Required Qualifications
- Desirable: Member of a relevant Professional Body and/or relevant qualification i.e. HND/Degree Engineering or equivalent
- CSCS card
- Relevant degree or engineering qualification
- Proven project/ construction management experience
