Job Summary
Manage the overall community construction schedule to ensure timely house completion while overseeing scheduling, quality control, cost control, and safety. Coordinate trade partners, maintain a clean worksite, and conduct thorough inspections before slab pouring, sheetrock hanging, and grading. Provide regular customer communication, approve invoices, and foster a team environment through effective problem-solving. This role supports communities in Fort Myers and Estero, FL, requiring a Bachelor's degree and four years of production homebuilder experience.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of experience with a production homebuilder
- The ability to move safely over uneven terrain
- Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
- The ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently
- Continuous walking, standing, and moving about
- Repetitive movement of hands, arms, and legs
- Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions
