Construction Manager

Lead daily construction execution for the PC21 facility, overseeing contractor performance, safety, quality, and productivity. Monitor field progress against project milestones, conduct site walks and safety audits, and ensure compliance with HSE, BeyondZero, and LIFE program requirements. Coordinate interfaces between CSA, MEP, Utilities, Equipment, CQV, and Operations while reviewing work plans and resolving field issues to maintain progress. Support mechanical completion, punch-list closure, and system turnover readiness by partnering with Quality and CQV teams for efficient commissioning. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related fields with at least ten years of experience, PMP/OSHA 30 membership, and bilingual capability.
