Job Summary

Construction Manager - EPC role driving the execution of EPC construction projects in Texas. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling project activities to meet cost, quality, equipment, material usage, and safety objectives. Key duties include reviewing project proposals with the project team, selecting and coordinating subcontractors and vendors, ensuring safe and timely project completion, maintaining cost control through weekly labor and monthly budget reporting, directing budgeting, purchasing, engineering, cost, and installation functions, negotiating change orders, managing project staff and subcontractors, and facilitating regular project coordination meetings. Requires 5+ years of EPC project management, ability to travel up to 75%, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with estimating. Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing large pipeline projects
  • Demonstrated success in management of EPC projects
  • Ability to travel - 75%
  • Working knowledge of project plans, specifications, owner contract, subcontracts, purchase orders, drawings, submittals and as-built drawings
  • Estimating experience, a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
