Job Summary
Construction Manager – Civil Engineering in our Infrastructure department overseeing the execution of major civil engineering and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction activities; leading construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors; ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; reviewing drawings and specifications; conducting site inspections and progress evaluations; maintaining client and stakeholder communications; managing budgets, cost controls, and reporting; multilingual proficiency (English required, Arabic preferred). Strong leadership, project management, and familiarity with bridges, tunnels, roads, and stormwater infrastructure are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
