Job Summary
Manage construction of multiple homes from site preparation to closing while ensuring quality control and adherence to schedules. Communicate with vendors, trade partners, and subcontractors to confirm schedules, validate work, and resolve issues. Maintain a safe and organized work site, enforcing safety policies and adhering to OSHA regulations. Oversee project compliance with plans, specifications, industry standards, and codes, and manage material orders and inspections. Foster positive relationships with homeowners, team members, and trade partners, handling customer service and warranty requests. Prepare and manage punch lists, warranty work orders, and ensure tasks are completed to satisfaction. This role is located on site in a community within the San Antonio, TX division.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of residential construction experience
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Problem solving skills
- Organizational time management skills
- Eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships
