Job Summary
Construction Manager (Electrical) oversees electrical system design, procurement, installation, and commissioning; manages schedules, budgets, and resources; leads crews and subcontractors; enforces safety and quality; coordinates with stakeholders; requires 3–5 years CM/Foreman experience in Electrical; NM Electrical Journeyman License or reciprocity; OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR, RF Awareness, DOT Health Card; travel 80%; proficient in MS Office and ability to read construction drawings; working knowledge of SOW and procurement processes.
Required Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years related experience as a Foreman or Construction Manager in Electrical
- Strong understanding of safety processes and OSHA requirements on construction sites
- Possess or can obtain certifications/licenses in OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR, RF Awareness, Blood Borne Pathogens, DOT Health Card (Company provides training to assist in obtaining/renewing required certifications)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, crews, job sites and customers
- Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schematics and SOW
- New Mexico Electrical Journeyman License required, or reciprocity in NM
- Proficient with Microsoft Office/construction management software
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, analytical and attention to detail skills
- Ability to travel 80% of the time
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources and schedules
- Licenses/certifications in electrical field
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
