Job Summary
The Construction Manager will oversee field operations for multiple projects, coordinating with project personnel to manage timelines and budgets effectively. Responsibilities include directing construction activities, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring safety standards are met on-site. The role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in project management tools. The position necessitates a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and significant related experience, particularly with roadway projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited four-year college or university
- Five (5) to ten (10) years of related experience; construction and management experience required
- At least 2-4 Roadway projects with the DOT
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Engineer License valued
- Federal, state and local knowledge and experience
- Knowledge with Primavera P6 Scheduling Software is a plus
