Construction Manager - Des Moines, IA

Review contracts and requirements, then create and execute project work plans, schedules, and control budgets while identifying necessary resources. Assign individual duties to the project management team and staff, managing day-to-day operational aspects to ensure on-time, under-budget completion. Meet with internal and external customers to provide progress updates, answer questions, and manage requested changes, while serving as the technical expert on scope and delivery. Communicate specifications to staff, approve job cost accounting reports, and maintain communication with the Director of Construction. Ensure contract, permit, and authorization compliance, and represent Metronet professionally to satisfy customer needs and foster return business.
