Lead and oversee data center construction projects from pre-construction through closeout in mission-critical facilities; coordinate electrical, mechanical, and technology trades; manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field teams; ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; deliver projects on time and within budget; travel required; work with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to drive successful execution.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction management experience
- 3+ years managing data center construction or mission-critical facility projects
- Experience coordinating electrical, mechanical, and technology trades in complex construction environments
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple concurrent projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and critical path scheduling
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
