Job Summary

Coordinate construction efforts, manage subcontractor schedules, and submit daily logs using Procore to track labor, equipment, and materials. Develop site logistics plans, oversee project quality and compliance with OSHA regulations, and resolve conflicts before they impact the project. Manage the overall project schedule, process cost issues including field change orders, and ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and safely. Supervise the project from conception to completion, handling preconstruction phasing, construction activities, and post-construction closeout documentation. This full-time, FLSA-exempt role requires 40+ hours weekly in the industrial manufacturing sector.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in construction management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related construction degree
  • Five (5) years' experience in the construction industry
  • At least two (2) years in Project Management
  • OSHA 30-Hour Training and/or STSC certification
  • Minimum Training on Utilizing Equipment (i.e., man lifts, for example)
  • Understands GMP – Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Products (Excel, MS Project, etc.)
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to traverse uneven terrain and work from ladders, scaffolds, and other structures, as well as work at variable heights
  • Must be able to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
  • Must be able to sit, walk, stand, talk, hear, and smell
  • Must be able to use hands to handle tools, controls, and for fine motor coordination like computer work
  • Must be able to reach with hands and arms
  • Must have close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Must be able to work in ongoing construction activities, vibrations, noise, and various outside weather conditions (in all seasons)
  • Must be able to use proper Personnel Protective Equipment (including but not limited to safety boots, hardhat, and protective eyewear)
  • Must be able to drive to and from the jobsites/assigned locations
  • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week if necessary
  • Must be able to work in a safety-focused environment with moderate risks which may require safety precautions
