Job Summary
Senior Construction Manager needed to support the VA Medical Center in Cheyenne, WY. Responsibilities include assisting the Engineering department with maintenance and construction project planning, programming, procurement, and monitoring ongoing construction contracts; providing construction management and engineering services related to real property; ensuring work aligns with project plans and industry standards; and communicating effectively in English, both orally and in writing. Onsite role with ABET/NAAB‐accredited engineering degree, minimum 5 years of construction management experience, and U.S. citizenship. Background checks and security screening may apply.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree from an ABET or NAAB accredited school or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction management
- Knowledge of construction scheduling methods and building crafts
- Experience in preparing correspondence, written reports, and briefing management personnel
- Must be a United States Citizen
