Job Summary
Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and interior build-outs while managing day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and safety. Oversee data halls, electrical/mechanical rooms, offices, finishes, HVAC distribution, and interior layout changes. Maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders. Conduct site inspections to enforce QA/QC and safety standards. Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams. Provide updates on progress, risks, milestones, and cost. Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting, and standards. Manage cost, schedule, quality, safety, and vendor relationships across large-scale industrial projects integrating core/shell construction and data-center tenant-improvement scopes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years in construction management (base build + TI preferred)
- Experience with large commercial/industrial projects
- Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Proficiency with Procore, Primavera/MS Project, Bluebeam
- Excellent vendor, schedule, and communication skills
- Ability to travel ~30%
