Job Summary
Run multi-family kitchen projects end to end, managing supply, installation, and delivery from first field measure through final punch. Verify site dimensions, review QC drawings, and coordinate with general contractors and subs to ensure clean installs. Own subcontractor scopes and schedules, track material deliveries from the Eatonton plant, and manage RFIs, change orders, and billings. Direct team members and maintain direct communication with customers, vendors, and plant staff. Travel extensively across the Southeast by car to oversee 6–8 concurrent projects.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in kitchen cabinets, millwork, or a similar construction trade
- Ability to read architectural drawings and blueprints
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Demonstrated leadership
- Self-starter who takes initiative without waiting to be told
- Ability to travel extensively in the Southeast US by car
- Valid driver's license
