Job Summary
Construction Manager is responsible for leading the branch Construction team, overseeing installation, servicing, and repair of structures and major components, scheduling and supervising installations, ensuring adherence to contract specs and company policies, maintaining safe work environments, managing costs, estimating, invoicing, and personnel development. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and cost control, with duties including site safety audits, progress monitoring, permitting, pre-job conferences, and coordination of equipment and scope of work for major regional projects. Requires proven Construction Management experience (minimum 3 years), experience managing employees and subcontractors, strong client-facing and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (SAP a plus), ability to manage multiple projects and crews, and compliance with employment requirements (drug screen, background check, MVR if driving). Required Qualifications
- Proven working experience in Construction Management. Minimum of 3 years.
- Experience managing employees and subcontractors is required.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Required / SAP a plus.
- Must have experience managing multiple projects and crews simultaneously in all phases of construction.
- Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company.
