Job Summary
As the representative of ROCKWOOL on the construction site, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality, safety, cost, and timely execution of the project. Your main duties will include directing construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, managing site access and permits, supervising works and design adjustments, maintaining compliance with quality and HSE controls, planning and reporting on project progress, and managing the construction budget. We seek a candidate with a Master's degree in civil engineering or project management, ideally with over three years of experience managing large-scale industrial projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, maintenance or mechanics with significant experience accepted
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience, ideally in large industrial projects
- Natural leadership on the field
- Proactivity and results-oriented approach
- Strong analytical skills and structured approach
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively coordinate various stakeholders (study offices, companies, group engineers, management)
- Fluent in French and professional English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in construction in heavy industry
- Experience with international teams and subcontractors
- Good command of infrastructures, concrete and steel structures
