Job Summary
Review project drawings for scope, constructability, and cost savings; manage the bid process including subcontractor RFPs and walk-throughs. Develop construction schedules, administer safety programs, and lead construction review meetings while tracking project financials and reviewing subcontractor pay applications. Order equipment and manage lead times, coordinate vendor submittals, and assist with commissioning efforts. Address project issues, resolve warranty concerns, and develop O&M manuals and as-builts. Work with vendors to pull together equipment submittals, review them, and order construction-related items.
Required Qualifications
- current work authorization in the U.S.

- experience with both HVAC/mechanical systems and commercial construction
