Job Summary
Construction Manager responsible for supervising large-scale roofing projects in Columbus. Oversee multiple roofing production crews, read blueprints and specifications, coordinate with crews and project managers to ensure proficient workflow, establish and maintain site safety, communicate daily with roofing crews and CentiMark project managers, plan and execute projects, and manage materials. Requires strong leadership, communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of construction management experience
- experience supervising multiple roofing crews
- experience with commercial roof systems preferred
