Construction Manager - Celina

Oversee activities of new home construction projects, ensuring schedules, safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the building process. Provide managerial oversight of homes, planning, scheduling, implementation & coordination of high-quality built homes from development through final construction on a timely & economical basis per standards, while maintaining a low-cost variance. Manage the customer experience throughout the construction process through close of house. Collaborate with trade partners to improve quality and efficiency. Build sustainable relationships with homeowners through open and interactive communication. Interface with Sales to manage neighborhood and customer activities and referrals. Assist in resolving issues related to daily construction activities (e.g., vendor contracts, work orders, design). Authorize payment for materials and work completed. Ensure trade partner work is completed on time and within defined quality standards. Inspect/validate workmanship and product quality to conform to Company standards. Maintain a professional, clean, and organized job site.
