Construction Manager

Oversee construction activities for Camden Homes projects to ensure homes are completed on time with high quality workmanship and adherence to schedules (e.g., complete homes in less than 120 days), budgets, and processes. Responsibilities include managing teams of trades and vendors, scheduling build activities, monitoring quality via inspections and walks, ensuring OSHA safety standards (OSHA 10-Hour certificate target within 100 days), reporting production indicators, coordinating with area construction managers, and driving timely customer orientation and warranty responses. Strong emphasis on leadership, organization, communication, risk management, and ability to deliver final inspections, COs, and warranty resolution within defined timelines.
