Construction Manager (Bridges & Heavy Civil)

Lead on-site construction operations for major bridge and heavy civil infrastructure schemes, ensuring execution aligns with program, budget, and engineering specifications. Formulate construction methodologies, site logistics, and sequence plans while directing subcontractors, site engineers, and foremen to maintain strict safety, quality, and progress standards. Identify potential site bottlenecks early and implement corrective measures, interfacing with client representatives, consultants, and government authorities on site matters. This role requires a minimum of 15 years of civil engineering construction contract experience, including 8 years as a Main Contractor's Construction/Project Manager with extensive bridge specialization, within a Tier-1 Main Contractor environment delivering multi-billion-dollar public works across Hong Kong.
