Job Summary
Lead daily field operations for a major roof replacement project in Bethesda, coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders while enforcing OSHA and EM 385 safety requirements. Monitor schedules, milestones, and progress; identify and resolve field issues affecting cost, quality, or delivery; conduct site inspections to verify workmanship. Support cost administration, budget tracking, estimating, change management, and scope review. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports to facilitate final inspections, punch-list completion, and project closeout. This five-month, hands-on role requires OSHA 30 and EM 385 certification, with compensation ranging from $55 to $68 per hour plus per diem for travelers.
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 30 certification

- Construction management experience on commercial or industrial projects
- Project scheduling experience
