Job Summary
Conduct daily onsite field inspections at Bath Veterans Affairs Medical Center, documenting construction progress, quality issues, and safety observations for COR review. Coordinate with VA stakeholders, the General Contractor, and A/E representatives to support progress meetings, issue resolution, and action item follow-up. Prepare weekly summaries, daily logs, and photo documentation while tracking defects and corrective actions through closure. Monitor schedule adherence, review submittals and RFIs, and assist with General Contractor pay application reviews. Utilize Autodesk Build/Autodesk Construction Cloud for all project records and correspondence. Perform duties in accordance with VA direction and contract requirements while maintaining the contractor support role.
Required Qualifications
- S. Citizenship is required for this contract
- Ability to obtain and maintain required VA access credentials, including PIV/visitor badge requirements
- Favorable NACI background check
- Required VA training
- Complete OSHA 30-hour safety training within 60 days of construction NTP
- Complete required VA access, privacy, and cyber security training within required contract timeframes
- Ability to request access to and use the VISN 2 Autodesk Build/Autodesk Construction Cloud platform
- Complete required ProductivityNOW training within required contract timeframes
- Maintain compliance with VA information release restrictions
- Maintain compliance with Government ownership requirements for contract deliverables
- Maintain compliance with any required non-disclosure or conflict-of-interest requirements
- Directly related construction management or construction administration experience

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture from an accredited university
- At least 7 years of related construction management or construction administration experience

- Autodesk Build/ACC experience
- Occupied-facility construction experience
