Job Summary
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial roofing projects across multiple sites to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence; lead and coordinate superintendents and field crews; plan schedules, manpower, and material logistics; monitor costs, labor efficiency, and project profitability; drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and execution; perform site visits for progress, quality, safety, and security; assist in resolving construction issues and complete close-out inspections and sign-offs.
Required Qualifications
- Strong commercial exterior trade experience, commercial roofing is ideal
- Proven leadership experience managing superintendents and crews
- The ability to manage multiple crews and project simultaneously
