Job Summary
Plan, direct, and coordinate the full range of construction, project management, engineering, estimating, and design for modular projects. Ensure all work executes safely, efficiently, and per contractual requirements while monitoring performance across schedules, costs, manpower, materials, and quality control. Develop recovery strategies when schedules or budgets are in jeopardy and establish relationships with clients and contractors. Lead the team to achieve administrative and financial objectives through continuous improvement actions. Report to the Senior Manager, Construction, with frequent travel to remote site locations.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the construction industry (commercial/industrial setting)
- 5+ years in camp modular construction experience required
- 2+ years of experience as a construction manager
- Demonstrated ability to lead, collaborate, and thrive in a team‐based environment, working effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong background in site Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), with proven ability to promote, enforce, and lead safe work practices on site
- Working knowledge of contract terms and conditions
- Experience interfacing with internal teams such as estimating and project management
- Results‐oriented with proven ability to manage priorities and deliver on project objectives
- Demonstrated effective leadership when interacting with multiple external clients and partners
- Professional communication, interpersonal, and team‐building skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously with frequent travel to remote site locations
- Successful candidate must be willing to participate in background check screening and drug and alcohol screening process
