Job Summary
Construction Manager and Assistant Construction Manager to oversee ground-up multifamily and renovation projects in the Southeast United States, reporting to the Managing Director. Responsibilities include monitoring construction progress, schedule & cost control, quality control, site inspections, coordinating third-party testing, preparing executive-level reports, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred) and 5–15 years of construction experience with multifamily projects in the $20M–$60M range. Proficiency in Excel and construction-management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) is preferred. Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast; based in Atlanta or open to relocation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5–15 years of construction experience
- Experience with ground-up multifamily apartment projects ($20M–$60M range)
- Strong understanding of multifamily building systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) preferred
