Job Summary
Construction Manager with 5-10+ years of data-center white space fit-out experience to oversee tenant fit-out construction for hyperscale data centers in the Atlanta metro area. Role requires leading on-site construction management, coordinating trade contractors, ensuring QC, managing scheduling and budgets, and ensuring safety and compliance. Familiarity with containment systems, overhead cabling/rack systems, structural supports, HVAC cooling, PDU power distribution, and structured cabling (low voltage and fiber) is preferred. Proficiency with Procore and knowledge of data center cabling standards (e.g., RCDD) are desirable. The role involves travel (approximately 50%) outside Georgia and may require site coordination with general contractors, subcontractors, and client stakeholders. Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of construction management experience
- preferably in mission-critical or data center environments
- experience managing white space fit-out/tenant improvement projects in colocation or hyperscale data centers
- strong understanding of construction sequencing, trade coordination, and site management
- ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deliver projects on schedule
- strong QA/QC processes knowledge
- project management skills including scheduling and budgeting
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- strong stakeholder and client communication
