Job Summary

Lead field execution of above-ground structural construction activities across mission-critical and infrastructure projects, overseeing structural steel erection, equipment support structures, metal decking, and prefabricated systems. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient delivery while reviewing drawings, lift plans, and schedules for compliance. Identify field risks, schedule impacts, and constructability challenges to develop practical solutions and lead workface planning, crane coordination, and sequencing reviews. Monitor productivity, safety performance, and quality metrics to support successful project outcomes. Requires extensive structural construction knowledge, subcontractor management experience, and ability to travel up to 75% for onsite assignments in Hubbard, TX.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 7+ years of structural construction, field management, or construction leadership experience
  • Experience leading above-ground structural construction scopes on data center, industrial, mission-critical, commercial, power, EPC, or large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of structural steel erection, equipment support structures, metal decking, miscellaneous metals, crane operations, and heavy lift activities
  • Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, specifications, shop drawings, erection plans, schedules, and construction documentation
  • Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, craft labor, and multidisciplinary construction teams
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, work planning, quality control, safety requirements, and productivity management
  • Experience supporting constructability reviews, planning efforts, procurement coordination, and execution strategy development
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to travel up to 75% and support onsite project assignments as required

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience using Procore or similar construction management software
  • Mission-critical, data center, industrial, heavy commercial, or EPC project experience
