Job Summary

Review job set-ups, specifications, and plans; verify purchase orders, and print jobs for crews. Manage assigned neighborhood jobs by monitoring workflow, assisting employees, and communicating with the Market Manager, Site Scheduler, builders, and warehouse personnel to ensure safe, accurate, and timely completion. Visit crews regularly to review performance, create adjustment lists, and handle issues while ensuring timely walk-throughs following rough-ins, trim-outs, and hot checks. Use Bolt to track progress, leave notes, and mark completed jobs; review punch lists with crews and builders to confirm corrections. Assist with electrical installations, troubleshooting, and material takeoffs from the field. Communicate with the Scheduler to confirm incomplete items and back charges, answer calls from builders, and coordinate customer requests. Log into schedules weekly to review and send feedback. Drive to assigned neighborhoods with a valid license, performing duties in wet, humid, and outdoor conditions.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of residential electrical experience or equivalent
  • High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Valid US issued Driver's License
  • A US Driving Record that passes the Company's insurance carrier's approval requirements to drive for the Company
  • The ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written
  • Ability to read and write in English proficiently, including interpreting documents, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, invoices, shipping/packing lists, and materials lists
  • Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with vendors, service dealers, customers and all levels of company personnel
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
  • The ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written
  • Ability to read and write in English proficiently, including interpreting documents, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, invoices, shipping/packing lists, and materials lists
  • Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with vendors, service dealers, customers and all levels of company personnel
