Job Summary
Conduct site inspections and observations while documenting operations and generating necessary records or reports. Oversee and manage personnel, potentially coordinating multiple projects simultaneously and handling client interactions for all jobsite activities. Maintain a strong understanding of contract requirements and lead project teams with effective communication and managerial skills. This role involves oversight of transportation, public works, and infrastructure projects across Arizona, requiring a track record of leading projects and personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of construction inspection experience
- Experience with ADOT
- Experience with other public agencies (municipalities, etc)
- Experience working on local government transportation/Public Works projects in Arizona
- Experience with water/wastewater (private and municipal)
- Experience with power generating facilities
- Experience with infrastructure projects
- Strong communication skills
- Managerial skills
- Track record of leading projects
- Track record of leading personnel
- Client interaction skills
- Coordination skills for jobsite activities
- Good understanding and knowledge of work required by the contract
- Ability to oversee personnel
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
