Job Summary
Assist Project Managers, Coordinators, and Estimators with multi-phase construction projects, including sub-contractor bid solicitations, financial reference checks, RFI and change order creation, quantity take-offs, project scheduling, and material/service quote acquisition. Manage general project administration tasks such as updating schedules and researching permit procedures across senior living and multi-family developments. This paid, full-time role offers Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM availability for aspiring construction management professionals at The Douglas Company, a leader in Midwestern and Southeastern senior care and assisted living construction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in progress
- Construction Management major
- Civil Engineering major
- Construction Engineering Technology major
- Ability to work in Toledo, OH
