Job Summary
Adjunct Construction Management Instructor responsible for delivering instruction and maintaining attendance and grades. Duties include attending weekly meetings with administrative staff, maintaining accurate attendance and grading schemes, calling absent students, administering pre- and post-testing and surveys, notifying registrar of roster changes, ensuring compliance with university policies, keeping syllabi updated, recording attendance and grades, preparing for each class, being available for student queries, submitting grades on schedule, and tutoring/advising students. Requires Master’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil Engineering (PhD preferred) and 2-4+ years of professional experience; part-time teaching at the university level and ongoing professional development are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Civil Engineering is required
- PhD is preferred
- 2-4+ years of professional experience
