Job Summary
The Construction Management Associate assists the Construction Manager in overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including General Contracting and Repair Projects. Key responsibilities include validating proposals and specifications, planning and documentation management, coordinating with project teams, conducting meetings, and ensuring compliance with project schedules and budget tracking. The role requires adaptability, planning and organization skills, superior communication abilities, and familiarity with the use of Microsoft Office. The position may involve overnight travel and requires a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel out of town, which may include overnight travel
- Must have transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work weekends and/or holidays if needed
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
