Job Summary
The Construction Management Associate supports the Construction Manager in all aspects of construction projects, including General Contracting and repair projects. Key responsibilities encompass developing the scope of work, reviewing proposals, conducting pre-proposal and pre-construction meetings, managing project schedules, tracking costs, ensuring quality assurance, and coordinating with various project stakeholders. Required skills include strong planning and organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and adaptability to changing project needs. This role requires the ability to effectively document and report project metrics while maintaining compliance with specifications and contractual obligations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel out of town, which may include overnight travel
- Must have transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work weekends and/or holidays if needed
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
