Job Summary
Construction Management Associate will drive the execution of complex construction and engineering projects while managing client relationships and team development. The role oversees construction management across diverse building types, directs project execution from conception through completion, leads bid document preparation and contractor evaluation, manages complex technical inspections and assessments, and drives quality assurance and project success. It requires direct construction oversight and quality control, leadership in building system surveys and documentation, oversight of technical analysis and reporting, and preparation of technical documentation. Business development responsibilities include developing and maintaining key client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, contributing to proposal development, and supporting market expansion. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management expertise, technical proficiency in building systems, excellent client relationship skills, team leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in construction/project management
