Construction Management Associate - Residential MRB (NCR North East)

Prepare project status reports, cost estimates, and progress billing evaluations while coordinating with contractors as the Owner Representative. Monitor ongoing construction activities to ensure plans meet approved quality standards, evaluate change order claims, and implement safety protocols per government standards. Develop construction schedules including material, equipment, and manpower plans, then file management documents and conduct punch listings for rectification prior to final acceptance. Assist in developing policies and procedures for efficient project implementation. Requires BS Civil Engineering degree and proficiency in MS Office applications.
