Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in building construction, renovations, and commercial property maintenance
- Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and general building trades
- Must have your own tools and a reliable vehicle
- Ability to read scopes of work, blueprints, and repair estimates
- Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
