Job Summary
Review and verify builder information to approve inclusion on F.N.B. Regular or Preferred Approved lists by analyzing assets, liabilities, and references. Evaluate construction loan disbursement requests for projects under $1MM, ensuring amounts align with appraiser reports. Manage project budgets and approve, modify, or deny draw requests while collaborating with borrowers, builders, and appraisers. Prepare loan modification documents at construction completion, including customizing payout schedules and indemnification agreements. Initiate wire transfers, cut checks, and enter 1099 information into Fiserv Premier. Maintain compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures as a risk manager.
