Job Summary
Construction Loan Coordinator responsible for intake, coordination, and guidance within Construction Lending. Manages the ServiceNow ticket queue and shared inbox, clarifies process flows, locates approved guidelines, and ensures contractor documentation moves forward. Escalates complex loan structures and credit questions to specialists or managers, and maintains documentation updates, templates, and process-improvement notes for leadership review. Requires experience with mortgage operations, construction lending, LOS tools (e.g., Encompass), and ticketing systems; supports branch teams with documentation gathering and reference to credit policy resources.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in mortgage operations, loan setup, processing, sales support, help desk, or branch support
- Direct experience working within construction lending
- Proven experience using Encompass or equivalent Loan Origination Software (LOS)
- Proven ability to manage shared inboxes or ticketing systems like ServiceNow
- Experience utilizing credit policies, checklists, templates to answer general process and guideline questions
