Job Summary
Construction Litigation Partner to lead and grow the practice; provide expert counsel to clients navigating complex construction disputes; collaborate with clients, colleagues, and industry experts to deliver high-quality services and drive business growth; responsibilities include leading teams, mentoring junior attorneys, and applying knowledge of construction law, contracts, torts, ADR processes, and industry standards (AIA contracts and OSHA) to represent contractors, owners, architects, and engineers in trials and appeals.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction litigation
- Experience representing contractors, owners, architects, and engineers
- Proven track record of success in litigating complex construction cases including trials and appeals
- Strong understanding of construction law including contract law, tort law, and industry standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and trial skills
