Job Summary
Associate Attorney position in the Miami office seeking 3+ years of civil litigation experience, with required insurance defense experience; construction defect litigation experience preferred. You will analyze complex legal issues, draft and review pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and drive motions while communicating effectively with colleagues and clients. Proficiency in Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel is required. Must be a licensed Florida Bar member in good standing.
