Job Summary
Construction Litigation Associate Attorney needed to join our Construction Practice Group. Responsibilities include managing discovery, motion practice, and legal research/writing for construction litigation cases; representing clients in state and federal courts and arbitration; developing and implementing litigation strategies; collaborating with colleagues on complex matters; and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of construction law and industry trends. Requires admission to practice in Ohio, at least 2 years of construction litigation experience, strong academic credentials, and excellent analytical and writing skills. Experience with liens and bonds is a plus; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Located in Columbus, OH.
