Construction Learning Support Assistant

Construction Learning Support Assistant needed to support individual learners to achieve qualifications and develop skills in both practical and classroom settings. Responsibilities include implementing effective strategies for diverse additional learning needs, assisting teaching staff to deliver learning, interpreting instructions for learners with communication challenges, maintaining accurate records, providing 1:1 or small-group study and pastoral support, enabling engagement with work experience, adhering to safeguarding and equality policies, and contributing to centre activities. Travel to different work locations may be required; confidentiality and safeguarding policies apply. Qualifications include Level 2 Learner Support Certificate with Level 2 Maths/English; experience with 16–19 learners and learners with learning difficulties or disabilities is preferred.
