Job Summary
The Construction Lead will oversee daily operations on construction and renovation projects, supervising crews, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and on budget. Responsibilities include crew management, mentorship and training, site layout and efficiency, project oversight, maintaining communication with subcontractors and stakeholders, ensuring safety standards, and documenting project progress. Required qualifications include five years of construction experience, leadership ability, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with OSHA regulations.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in construction, building, and repair work
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex project workflows
- High school diploma or GED required
- Comfortable lifting 50–100 pounds as needed on job sites
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations; OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
